The hotel had spacious rooms, but some aspects like the clattering noise and small beds were a downside. The location was excellent, offering a mix of entertainment and tranquility. Service had some issues with staff behavior, despite providing essential amenities like car hire and laundry. The dining experience was a mix of good and poor quality options. Facilities were decent, but instances of malfunction were present.
The hotel is situated at the end of Magaluf beach, surrounded by loud bars that host raging parties until 6 am. The location is full of drunk British people, which didn't provide any entertainment value. On the positive side, it is clean, rooms are comfortable, and facilities are excellent.
The hotel offers stunning sea views right by the beach, with excellent reception staff and a lively dining atmosphere. While the rooms fell short of the expected 4-star standard and the paid Wi-Fi caused inconvenience, the staff impressed us with their genuine hospitality and quick resolution of issues.
